How to Enable Developer Mode on Any Site in Arc Browser

Recently, I've started using Arc. It builds on top of Chromium and has slick UI, features like a live screenshot, etc and pretty much most of the things are customizable
But the one thing that I hate about is its tabs. It's not readily available in the tab navigation bar.
I don't always need it but in some cases whenever I'm developing/testing a site, I prefer having the URL shown in the UI.
They have this feature called Developer Mode
Once that is enabled, you'll able to see an Address bar at the top of the page along with icons for most common actions like the screenshot, inspecting elements, pinned extensions, etc
Here is how to enable it:
